Are you an artist or group of artists? Apply for a production grant and create a climate-optimistic work of art for Espoo Day.
Join us in building hope for the future and creating a sustainable work of art. On 28 April, Event and Culture Services of Espoo announced an open call on to seek artists or artist groups to create a work of community art that will culminate on Espoo Day.
The work of art will be the culmination of the Future Stories concept. The concept aims to build more sustainable events, address climate anxiety and make the city more lively together with residents.
The work of art will be implemented together with residents, external partners and the units of the Event and Culture Services in the Suur-Espoonlahti district in summer 2023.
Now is the right time to dream up new visions, take steps towards a better tomorrow and write the stories of the future!
