Mushroom Exhibition of Seasonal Delights

On the nationwide mushroom day organized by the Martta Association, Uudenmaan Martat will host a mushroom exhibition featuring seasonal delights on Saturday, August 26th, 2023.

From 10 AM to 2 PM, you are invited to explore the mushroom exhibition and bring any potential edible mushrooms for identification. The exhibition will focus on easily recognizable edible mushrooms available during the season. It will also feature some look-alike species and mushrooms to be avoided.

The exhibition will provide insights into using mushrooms in cooking and preservation. The exhibition is located at the new premises of Uudenmaan Martat, Tuultenristi in Tapiola, at Sammonsilta 8.
