As spring and summer approach, so does the planning of one of the highlights of the year for Espoo residents – Espoo Day. Just like last year, this city-wide celebration will take place on Friday and Saturday, August 29–30, 2025.
This year’s theme is “Responsibly together!”. Responsibility can be reflected through safety and health, inclusivity, accessibility, environmentally conscious choices – or all of these combined. Collaboration is a core value across Espoo, and Espoo Day offers a great opportunity to highlight ideas that are planned and carried out together. This joint celebration is built on events created and organized by the Espoo community.
During the spring, we will host open Ask About Espoo Day online sessions, where we’ll be available to answer any questions related to Espoo Day. You’re welcome to join, get inspired, brainstorm your own event, and learn more about Espoo Day!
